Oh How I Love A Good Sugar Cookie. . .

Moist Sugar Cookies:
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
5 and 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream together sugar, margarine, and eggs. Add sour cream and vanilla. Add Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out (Try rolling on powdered sugar. It makes them extra sweet!) and cut. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool & frost!

Frosting:
1/2 cup softened margarine
1/2 cup shortening
5-6 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
3 Tbsp. sour cream (heaping)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
A tiny pinch of salt
Food coloring
