Well shoot guys! I just had the best little weekend ever! First of all, there was a miracle right here in Provo in the Lavell Edwards stadium. Would you like to know why? "God loves his Mormons." (According to Ashley's friend in New York) Go cougs. Here are some cute little pictures from that game. Note that we were on the mega screen and I won some star wars magnets. It's kind of a big deal. Basically BYU football is the bees knees. Kind of.

Well anyways, Saturday morning we rose early for General Conference. We are sort of dumb, well I am dumb, and we went to get Hot Dog on a Stick and Orange Julius at the Gateway and almost missed conference. Now that's what I call livin' on the edge.

However there were some good things that happened. Like this talk, or maybe this one? Looks like I need to get crackin' on my family history!

So yeah, Ashley is cool and took this picture. She's a good egg. 

So then Saturday we partied hard. And by that I mean we played Boxers and Briefs, met TJ Fredette at Subzero, and made a douche bag jar (refer to New Girl), but it's no big deal.

Then Sunday we went to Conference again! Holy macaroni I am so lucky! And by we I mean Rachel and Ash plus two boys named Logan and Jason. Logan had never been before. He was so excited to be there, that it almost felt like he was at Disneyland for the first time. Oh boy. . . 

Anyway, that session didn't disappoint either.

Welp there you have it kids! I had a great weekend full of fun and spiritual uplifting moments. 

as for today:

1. The shower curtain came crashing down in the  middle of my shower. 

2. We discovered that our fridge was off in the night and so our food went bad. (Ash, bless your soul)

3. It poured rain all day and I wore a dress with no jacket. I've been on campus since nine this morning. Frozen.

4. The fact that my day has still been pretty good. Thank goodness for positive living!
