I just finished my SECOND semester at BYU. It feels pretty good. I do have another final at seven am tomorrow, but I just have to give a presentation. No big deal. Anyway, I'm pretty proud of myself. I took my hardest test first--nailed it. Minus the fact that I had to take it in the Joseph Smith building, which smells like beef and cheese, and everyone is basically sitting on each other. Anyway, I finished all my actual tests yesterday. It was such a great feeling to finally be done. I have a few confessions and things I learned from this week.

1. I realized that I have the attention span of a two year old.

2. I REALLY hate it when people don't text back. I know I do it all the time, but it's annoying so I'll work on it I promise.

3. I hate showering. Getting ready is overrated.

4. I never realized how much I appreciate my home. A dorm room just isn't the same.

5. I check the mail at least twice a day, even though it's colder than Antarctica outside.

6. At some point, I wore the same t-shirt and sweatpants every single day this week. That's disgusting.

7. I'm a pack rat.

8. I'm a terrible friend. I have such great friends, I don't know how they put up with me.

9. I'm so excited for Christmas. Not even the gifts, just Christmas.

10. I can do hard things. (My mom always tells me this. It's cute.)

Anyway. There you have it kids. So basically I'm in a pretty chipper mood right this second. Tomorrow I'm flying to Texas alone to meet up with my family. I've never flown alone. I'm super nervous, but I'm a big girl so I'm sure I'll figure it out. I hope all those college students out there had a wonderful finals week experience, and that everyone travels safely.

PS this picture is actually not that great, but my art final will be on display in the HFAC through the month of January. Soooo glad to be done with my drawing class.
